Yes, this is my first post. And yes, a programmer, I just had to use that title!
Why a blog?
I write, then I teach. As I teach, I expand and correct what I wrote. This blog will be part of that process. Currently I am teaching through my latest book, "Echoes of the Mountain". Each week the lesson exposes more of the unfathomable scripture and errors in my text!
Here, I will publish "crumbs from the table" after each lesson. Then at the conclusion, I will publish an update to the book through Kindle. Those that obtain a Kindle edition will automatically receive those updates.
Why "crumbs"?
This comes from Matthew 15:21-28. With both humility and tenacity the Canaanite woman approached Christ. We must do the same.
It also comes from the journey-group of which I am a part. It is a small group of men that have covenanted together to pray for each other and to hold each other accountable. Most Friday mornings before we start our day we eat breakfast, pray, and study together. You should do the same (In Charlotte, see Christ Covenant Men's Ministry).
This blog contains snippets of the lessons I have taught at our small group and trace the development of books available at https://www.amazon.com/author/davidakrausse Plus of course a few extra side projects.
